To make good coffee, you should first rinse the coffee filter through boiling water to reduce the amount of heat absorbed by the filter, so that when brewing, the coffee will receive a fuller amount of heat, making the cup of coffee strong and fragrant. than. Pour boiling water into the lid of the filter, then place the bottom of the filter on top, until the water under the lid is absorbed by the coffee. This process is called “brewing coffee”.

Then pour about 20% water on top of the coffee, wait for about 15-30 seconds, let the coffee infuse, and then continue with the remaining 80%. Carry the falling coffee until the water runs out.

When the coffee falls, look closely, the coffee drops one drop at a time, then you are considered to have succeeded in the first step. When the coffee flows in a stream, it is because you have made less coffee or the coffee is not pressed tightly.

If you want to add sugar, you should choose rock sugar or powdered sugar, limit the use of white granulated sugar because you will not enjoy the aroma of sugar. Melt the sugar before you put the ice in. Coffee ice should choose large, long-soluble tablets (called old ice as opposed to young ice).


When giving milk, it is best to add 30-40% of milk and mix well with coffee until foamy.

Note: To make the coffee more delicious and richer, you should add 1-2 fine grains of salt into the brewed coffee, this way reduces the sour taste in the coffee. According to folklore, some people give 1-2 drops of fish sauce, but it must be the first type of fish sauce.
